How can I best contact you?

The quickest way to reach our customer service team is by sending us a message. Either by using the Contact Form or by sending an email to hello@frankster.com.au.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our team's commitment to rapid order processing and dispatch, we're unable to modify orders after they've been confirmed. We understand this might be a bummer, and we're sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

On the bright side: When your order lands, we provide FREE returns and exchanges (for Australian Orders)

How should I wash the Shorts?

To preserve the life of your new Frankster's, please make sure to follow these care instructions:

-Turn your garment(s) inside out for washing to preserve the color.

-Only wash with like-colored items, or by themselves.

-Only wash in cold water, and preferably on the gentle cycle if available. Keep it at or below 30°C

- Do not tumble dry

Do you sell gift cards?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not provide gift cards.....yet.

However Frankster Shorts are great gifts. We are certain they will love it. Just pick you colour & size.

In case the lucky one wants to change the colour or size, they can always do so free of charge.

Delivery & Returns

When will my order ship?

Order before 2PM and your order will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed during the weekend will be with the carrier on Monday morning.

What's the status of my order?

After you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details sent to your registered email address. If you don't find this email in your inbox, we recommend checking your promotional or spam folders, as sometimes our emails are mistakenly directed there.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you another email with your tracking information. This way, you can monitor your order's journey right up until delivery.

How long will it take for the Shorts to arrive?

After your order has been shipped it will take 2-6 business days for your order to arrive. You can closely follow this with your tracking number.

My package is missing, what do I do next?

We're truly sorry about the difficulties you're experiencing with your order's delivery.

Should your tracking details remain unchanged for 5-7 business days, please reach out to us sending an email to hello@frankster.com.au or by using our chat service.

How can I Return or Exchange my Shorts

We offer free returns and exchanges within 100 days of purchasing so you can get the size that works best for you.Log in to your account to get the Returns or Exchange process started.

I've submitted my request for an Exchange or Return, what happens next?

After we receive the request, we will check it and send you the return label & instruction.

Please follow the instruction for a smooth return delivery.

After we receive the Shorts back, we will trigger the Refund or Exchange within 5 working days.

If opted for a Refund, the money will be back in your account within 2-3 business days.

How long will it take for me to get my refund?

After we have received your Return and have checked it, it will take 2-3 business days for the banks to deposit your money back.

Sizing

What size should I order if I'm in between sizes?

if you find yourself caught between sizes, opting for the smaller size is usually the best choice.

Our Shorts are designed in such a way that it still fits perfectly and wears extremely comfortable.
